ComplianceOne Group subsidiary Maxima Compliance has signed an agreement with EveryMatrix, enabling the supplier to use its Complitech solution.
A compliance database, Complitech will provide EveryMatrix with updated and technical compliance requirements from more than 50 regulated global markets.
This comes as EveryMatrix continues to expand its global operations, having secured major partnerships with a range of operators including lottery suppliers, such as providing sports betting services to Hungary’s Szerencsejáték.
Miriam McCoull, Head of Complitech at Maxima Compliance, said: “We’re really honoured to see a supplier as respected as EveryMatrix place Complitech at the heart of its approach to technical compliance.
“The Complitech database is trusted by those looking to achieve both excellence and efficiency across their compliance function. With new markets and functionality added on an on-going basis, it is a must-have tool for suppliers in regulated markets.
Complitech also features a gap analysis tool to assess the workload of new market entries, based on the markets where a product is already live, with the goal of boosting both operators and suppliers ability to maintain compliance with regulations across multiple territories.
Malta-based and licenced EveryMatrix is active in a range of regulated markets both in the EMEA region and in the US, distributing igaming software, solutions, content and services. The firm has further expanded its reach this year with the acquisition of Isle of Man and Swedish licences.
Meanwhile, for ComplianceOne, the deal marks the latest in a series of key developments for the firm, with the London-based group recently joining the Netherlands Online Gaming Association (NOGA) and hiring three new Senior Managers.
Mina Bolînu, Lead Technical Compliance Officer at EveryMatrix, remarked: “We are delighted to start using the services provided by Maxima Compliance that will improve our throughput and accuracy in navigating our industry’s constantly changing regulatory landscape.”
