Miljonlotteriet targeting customer engagement enhancement with Symplify

An all-Swedish deal has just been signed between one of the country’s largest gaming and lottery firms and Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider Symplify.

Miljonlotteriet will integrate Symplify’s Campaign and Journey builder modules into its operations as part of the agreement, which centred around personalisation and optimising the user experience via AI.

The duo aim to ‘nurture customer satisfaction’ and boost lifetime value by optimising marketing strategies.

One of the largest and oldest gaming operators in Sweden, Miljonlotteriet has outlined audience engagement as a key area of focus, specifically around email, SMS and App pushing. 

The firm will integrate Symplify’s CRM solutions for its full product range, encompassing online scratch lotteries, physical scratch tickets and bingo.

For Symplify, the agreement closely follows a deal signed in late January with lottery solutions provider Bwloto, covering predictive marketing and on-site recommendation.
