Kings Entertainment has shared its operational highlights for April, the first month of its second quarter, including a notable rise in revenue from the previous month.

The online lottery and casino provider has revealed its revenues in April increased by 11% month-on-month, while its new depositing customers grew 15% over the same period.

In addition, the company’s active customer number rose by 3% since March.

“We’re pleased that we’ve continued to make strong progress in our key metrics in April,” commented Steve Budin, CEO of Kings Entertainment.

“The first quarter of the year presented a challenging backdrop of low lottery jackpots that dampened consumer engagement and stunted our ability to excite customers, but we’re satisfied that the second quarter is getting off to an excellent start.”

Previously, Budin hailed a “significant” 15% increase in its active customers during March, while flagship brand LottoKings enjoyed a 30% rise in revenue for February.

“We’re also launching several transformational marketing deals this month, including our partnership with leading Latin American cell tower provider Balesia in the Bolivian and Mexican markets,” added Budin.

“These deals will be key to our continued growth in the Latin American market and we’re confident that this quarter will reflect that growth.”

Announced in March, the marketing agreement with Balesia provides customers the opportunity to access games via the WinTrillions global lottery and igaming platform.
