Image: Shutterstock has announced it has partnered with AI-driven technology firm, ICARO, on an affiliate basis to target specific global markets.

Boasting 220m subscribers worldwide, including 170m across Latin America, North America and Europe, ICARO will join the recently-launched LotteryLink programme.

Initially, ICARO will focus its efforts on marketing’s products to 4.2m unique monthly users in one of its Latin American markets, which has more than 50m addressable telecom subscribers under contract.
