Aristocrat Interactive has secured a five-year agreement with the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) to deliver a full-service iLottery platform and supporting services.
The deal, which officially comes into effect in July next year, includes eInstant and draw-based game content, a central gaming and player account management system, and an aggregation platform for third-party titles.
Aristocrat will also support MSLC with marketing, customer communications, responsible gaming solutions and compliance. The initial term carries the option of three further three-year extensions.

MSLC modernisation strategy
The MSLC, which ranks first in per capita retail lottery performance in the US and third worldwide, has said that it views the move as a major step for its long-term digital transformation strategy.

Broader expansion
The win reinforces Aristocrat Interactive’s position in the US iLottery space. It follows the supplier’s launch with the New Hampshire Lottery from July 2025 and a six-year agreement with the Michigan Lottery beginning July 2026.
Through NeoPollard Interactive, its joint venture with Pollard Banknote, Aristocrat is also live with Alberta, Michigan (until June 2026), North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
