Allwyn International has strengthened its Formula 1 presence by becoming an official partner of the McLaren Racing F1 Team.
This move comes just a day after Allwyn announced its global partnership with the FIA F1 World Championship, marking its biggest sponsorship deal to date.
By teaming up with the reigning Constructors’ Champions, Allwyn aims to expand its brand and reach a worldwide audience, aligning with its global growth strategy.
Company founder and chairman Karel Komárek highlighted the significance of this partnership: “This partnership with McLaren, alongside our collaboration with F1, is a major step in Allwyn’s global expansion. We share a commitment to technology and innovation, which will drive Allwyn’s continued growth.”
The 2025 F1 World Championship kicks off on March 14 at the Melbourne Grand Prix, and Allwyn is already working with McLaren on new marketing initiatives to promote its brand.
As a McLaren Racing partner, Allwyn’s branding will appear on team assets, including the race cars and the driver overalls of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown welcomed the partnership: “We’re excited to have Allwyn join the McLaren Racing family. After a fantastic 2024 season, it’s great to partner with an international brand like Allwyn as the team—and the sport—continues to grow.”
Allwyn CEO Robert Chvátal sees McLaren as the ideal partner to elevate the company’s brand and establish a first-of-its-kind partnership for global lotteries and good causes.
“McLaren is a legendary name in Formula 1 with global appeal. It’s one of the most successful teams in the sport, with incredibly talented drivers. At Allwyn, we prioritise safe and responsible gaming, and we know McLaren and F1 share the same commitment to safety and responsibility. We look forward to creating winning moments together.”
