NeoGames has signed an agreement with Scientific Games (SG) to distribute its content to the Pennsylvania Lottery, further extending its reach in North America.

Specifically, the Tel Aviv-based iLottery solutions developer will roll out eInstant games from its NeoGames Studio onto SG’s platform, which will then be made available to Pennsylvania Lottery customers.

The three year agreement further compliments the firm’s North American network of partners, such as an agreement between its BtoBet subsidiary and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulator.

Drew Svitko, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery, said: “We are delighted to be able to add the successful and innovative NeoGames Studio portfolio to our iLottery online platform.

“We are always looking for innovative ways to enhance the digital games experience for our valued players and NeoGames Studio has a content portfolio that is packed with entertaining experiences.

“We believe that this deal will enhance the Lottery’s appeal to online players, while fulfilling the PA Lottery’s mission of boosting proceeds to programmes that benefit older residents.”

As it stands, NeoGames has taken its products live with eight lotteries in North America, covering both the US and Canada, whilst its subsidiaries such as Aspire Global have also made inroads, the in case of the latter partnering with Playlive Online Casino.

Lottery continues to remain a big earner for the firm, with revenue from this segment rising 8% in H1 2023 to $14m (H1 2022: $13m), although gaming operations have taken on an increased importance with recorded revenue of $34m.

Hili Shakked, Managing Director of NeoGames Studio, remarked: “Through this partnership with Scientific Games and the Pennsylvania Lottery, we are able to bring our premium eInstant games to a large new market of players.

“This collaboration is a further illustration of our commitment to providing innovative, engaging games that meet the needs of lottery customers. We are confident that this long-term agreement will be a win-win for all stakeholders.”
