Slotegrator and Lotto Agent deal heralds ‘something incredible around the corner’

SOJOGO, the global arm of the Portuguese National Lottery Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa and operator of Mozambique’s lottery, has launched a new betting and gaming website.

The platform,, will be supported by BtoBet’s Neuron 3 sportsbook and turnkey solution, including its trading and risk management solutions. The omnichannel partnership will also cover retail operations.

Pedro Monteiro, Manager of Santa Casa Global, said: “We are looking forward to offering the widest range of products and markets to our player base, and I am sure that BtoBet will be a great asset to evolve our online and retail offerings.”

The partnership between BtoBet and SOJOGO was first announced last August, with initial details revealing that the B2B sportsbook supplier would provide omnichannel proprietary betting technology.

BtoBet has set out objectives of supporting an enhanced performance and risk optimisation for both SOJOGO’s business and its players.

The initial agreement was reached shortly after BtoBet was incorporated into NeoGames brand portfolio, after the latter acquired the B2B firm’s parent company Aspire Global last summer.

Alcinda Santiago, General Director of SOJOGO, added: “We look forward to generating exceptional results together, and I am positive that BtoBet’s best-in-class technology and broad expertise will contribute greatly to our success.”

NASDAQ-listed NeoGames – which has been a long standing partner of Portugal’s National Lottery – took a step towards being acquired itself by Aristocrat Leisure this week, in an agreement which would see its full range of brands, including BtoBet, join the ASX firm.

Dima Reiderman, Managing Director of BtoBet, commented: “We are delighted to go live with SOJOGO in Mozambique and we are looking forward in propelling their sports offering thanks to what we truly believe to be a market leading solution.

“BtoBet is rapidly becoming recognised as the sportsbook technology partner of choice for global leaders in the igaming industry, and we are more determined than ever to work alongside lotteries to deliver quality and robust sports betting products and services.”
