Lottery Live, a Pin Projekt brand, has been awarded a supplier licence to operate in Malta after receiving regulatory approval from the Malta Gaming Authority.

Obtained on 24 October, the corporate group critical gaming supply licence allows Lottery Live to provide its online casino games to operators in Malta for the next 10 years.

Subject to certain regulatory requirements, the licence may be extended for an additional 10 years.

A brand of Zagreb-based lottery firm Pin Projekt, Lottery Live offers a live streaming feed system (LIW Games) and streams draws globally, using four multi-location studios.

Pin Projekt has embarked on a growth journey in recent times, expanding across Europe and beyond as it seeks to establish itself as a strong player in the online lottery and casino industry.

In August, the firm confirmed a deal with Ukraine-based online operator Parimatch to provide products based on its lottery gaming system, taking its titles into the CIS region.

Meanwhile, it has attempted to conjure a position in Africa, penning a deal with Betway to expand its flagship product, Lotto Instant Win.

Growing its international presence, the deal will see Lotto Instant Win made available to players in South Africa, Ghana, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania.
