The Wyoming Lottery held a launch event on Thursday, September 15, ahead of the imminent release of its new lottery game ‘Keno’.
As reported by K2Radio, the party was staged just a few days before the release of the new game on Sunday, September 18.
“This game plays by its own set of rules,” states the lottery’s official website.
“Over 300 drawings a day, each with a grand prize of $200,000.
“It’s perfect for any time – on a night out with friends or while watching the big game.
“Coming this September to all WyoLotto retailers plus bars, restaurants, bowling alleys, social clubs, and other spots across Wyoming.”
Keno drawings will be made every four minutes, from 05:00AM through to 02:00AM, everyday of the week.
Keno is the latest addition to the Wyoming Lottery portfolio of games which currently includes Powerball, Mega Millions, Cowboy Draw and Lucky for Life.
Furthermore, a raffle game – Ragtime Ruffle – was launched in 2019, and the lottery brought out a daily game – 2by2 – in 2021.
The Wyoming Lottery was founded in 2013 and fully began operations in August 2014. Over the last eight years, the organisation has contributed millions of dollars to the State of Wyoming.
In Q4 2021 alone, for example, the lottery transferred $23.7m to Wyoming State to go towards community causes.
