Instant Win Gaming has signed an extension to its partnership with the Michigan Lottery, ensuring the firm continues to provide the lottery with einstant games until the summer of 2026.

Under the provisions of the contract, IWG provides the lottery with its full suite of InstantGames, contributing to the lottery’s ilottery program. IWG currently has similar contracts with nine other lotteries.

Rhydian Fisher, CEO at IWG, said: “We are very proud of our long-term partnership with the Michigan Lottery, widely regarded as one of the most successful iLottery programs in the world.

“In total, this agreement extends the length of our partnership with the Michigan Lottery to a total of ten years from our first launch of games in 2016. With this contract extension, we continue our collaboration with the great team at the Michigan Lottery to deliver our highly popular einstants to their iLottery market.”

Extending this contract adds to IWG’s increasing contractual activity over recent times; last week it was announced that the firm will provide the German Lottery, LottoHessen, with instant games shortly after agreeing on a two-year deal with five LEIA lotteries to provide similar products.

Jake Harris, Player Relations Manager for the Michigan Lottery, added: “Since 2016, IWG has been a valuable partner, supplying einstants that resonate with players and drive engagement.

“We look forward to our continued partnership that will see IWG’s games as a key component of our iLottery program.

“The Lottery’s online platform, including IWG games, has helped propel the Lottery to record contributions topping $1bn to the School Aid Fund in each of the last three fiscal years.”
