Denmark’s state-owned national lottery operator Danske Spil is set to become one of the first incumbents to benefit from a deal between Relax Gaming and GVC Holdings that will see the content supplier’s global presence significantly boosted.
By granting Danske, a WLA member and an organisation which is recognised as a global leader within the lottery industry, access to its proprietary and aggregated content, Relax is in turn becoming the first supplier to enter the Danish market and will follow with a global rollout in the near future.
The agreement itself is powered by a deal that will see GVC’s leading online casino brands soon launch Relax’s proprietary slot titles, including top-performers such as Money Train and Snake Arena, together with a selection of premium games from the supplier’s library of aggregated third-party content.
Daniel Eskola, Relax Gaming CCO, stated: “GVC is one of the most well-respected names in the gambling industry with years of experience in the sector, and we’re delighted to have signed a deal to provide our popular content to its online brands.
“It’s been an incredibly busy year for us at Relax Gaming as we continue to expand our network with leading operators, and we look forward to offering our games to an even wider audience through this exciting new partnership.”
GVC has an international distribution presence that will allow Relax to extend its global reach and build on its consistent commercial success. Moreover, the partnership is the latest in a string of content deals Relax Gaming has made with top tier operators, further demonstrating the popularity of its titles across numerous regulated global markets.
Regarding GVC, the gambling organisation currently holds licences in over 20 countries and operates a host of popular industry brands such as bwin, Sportingbet, Ladbrokes, partypoker and Coral.
Paris Anatolitis, Commercial Director at GVC, added: “At GVC, our aim is to provide our customers with the most cutting-edge and innovative content available and deliver the industry’s premier gaming experience.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have joined forces with Relax Gaming, and we know its games will be a huge hit with our players, and a fantastic addition to our market-leading portfolio.”
In addition to benefiting from GVC’s consumer-facing brands, Relax content will also gain access to the group’s B2B services as a result of the deal.
