Germany’s ZEAL Network has upgraded its FY26 revenue guidance by €20m, reflecting the first-time consolidation of the SevenCanyon Group acquisition.
The online state and charity lottery provider brought its ownership of UK-based B2C prize draw operator SevenCanyon up to 100% earlier in July, with the Q3 reporting period representing the first consolidated financial performance of the acquired business.
Represented in ZEAL’s ‘Other Segment’ reporting, SevenCanyon contributed to a 639% YoY Other Segment Revenue increase in Q3, capped at €12.4m (Q3 2025: €1.7m).
Consolidated total revenue for the quarter amounted to €77m, up 26% from €61m reported in the previous year’s corresponding period.
Lotteries remained the biggest standalone Q3 revenue contributor, generating 60m (up 8% YoY). Meanwhile, Games revenue went up by 20% YoY for a total of €4.3m.
Monthly active users (MAU) went up 2% YoY to 1.7 million for Lotteries, while Games saw a notable 14% MAU increase to 35,000.
ZEAL revenue guidance up by €20m
Alongside its quarterly report, ZEAL also released its year-to-date financial position for the nine months ending 30 September 2026.
For the first half of the year, prior to SevenCanyon’s acquisition, ZEAL’s full-year guidance stood at €250-€260m of revenue. This has now been amended to €270-€280m, with EBITDA forecast remaining unchanged at €70-€70m.
Consolidated revenue came in at €199m, which represented a 22% YoY increase from €163m. Consolidated EBITDA increased from €39m in H1 to €58.7m for the 9M period (up 22% YoY), with the steady growth absorbing €4.89m in consulting fees for Q3.
Lotteries revenue went up from €111m in the first six months of the year to €171m across the 9M period (up 16% YoY), with moderate growth also seen in Games revenue, which reached €12m following all three quarters (up 18% YoY).
Other Segment revenue went through the biggest transformation, going up 241% YoY by the end of September for a total of €15.8m (9M 2025: €4.6m).
This factors in SevenCanyon’s performance, which was responsible for €10.5m of that total Other Segment revenue, and €1.4m of the €2.6m EBITDA (up 59% YoY) generated under the relevant reporting category.
Dr Stefan Tweraser, Chief Executive Officer of ZEAL Network SE, commented: “Our strategy to diversify our business is paying off. We are expanding our revenue basis and opening new growth opportunities.
“Our core business of brokering state lotteries continues to grow, while our charity lotteries, games and the newly acquired international business of SevenCanyon strongly contribute to revenues and further reduce our exposure to jackpot cycles.”
