The UAE Lottery has just opened its first retail outlet, welcoming players at the location in the city of Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi.

Catering towards customers that crave a more engaging lottery experience, with face-to-face interactions and cash payments, the new outlet is open to anyone aged 18 and over.

They can purchase physical tickets for games like Lucky Day Draw and Pick 3. Another exclusive experience is paying in person, which carries more flexibility.

On-site staff will be able to offer bespoke customer support, to assist those who are either using the lottery for the first time or are regular participants. Players can either ask for guidance on how to play, or address any enquiries they have about the games.

The location is fitted with prominent branding, clear layouts and interactive technologies, tailored to provide an optimal engaging experience to players.

Representatives from the lottery commented: “From bold visuals to intuitive layouts, every detail has been considered to make the customer journey smooth and engaging. High-visibility signage and an open, welcoming interior support consistent footfall, while interactive displays and helpful staff ensure each visit is both informative and enjoyable.”

The retail location, alongside all games offered within the store, are regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority – representing the UAE’s continuous commitment to player safety.

“The UAE Lottery provides a range of tools and resources to help participants make informed choices, ensuring a safe, fun, and fair lottery environment,” the lottery concluded.
