Lottery.com has unveiled the latest new name in its management team, appointing Mark Gustavson as Chief Executive Officer.

Gustavson has 17 years of business development, transactional, alliance management, finance, operational, company formation, and IP experience with emerging businesses.

During his career, he has acquired extensive experience in the integration of business disciplines, with an emphasis on turnaround transactions, and has held senior management positions in a variety of technology companies.

The Oregon University graduate currently serves as CEO of ZENIOS Technologies Corporation, which is involved in the business of augmented and mixed-reality-based internet search technology.

Gustavson was appointed as Lottery.com’s new CEO on Feb. 1, replacing Sohail Quraeshi, who was only given the position in November after being brought in on an interim basis the month prior.

Quraeshi’s reign as CEO and Principal Executive Officer ended upon Gustavson’s arrival, with the latter also now combining the two roles.

Furthermore, Gustavson will serve as Principal Financial/Accounting Officer until a replacement is found.

These changes represent another significant shake-up amongst the senior team following the departures of key figures Richard Kivel and Tony DiMatteo last year, as well as the arrival of the ascension of Matthew Howard McGahan to Chairman of the Board.
