PressEnter has signed up to data science firm Neccton’s ‘mentor’ software in a bid to improve its responsible gambling measures.

The Malta-based gambling operator, which boasts NeonVegas and UltraCasino among its international brands, has moved to protect its customers with mentor’s AI-driven real-time data analysis.

PressEnter joins a growing list of companies placing its trust in the player protection tools provided by Neccton, with Lotto NZ and Lotto Hessen among the operators to have entered into agreements over the previous 12 months.

“At PressEnter Group we take responsible gambling incredibly seriously and go to great lengths to ensure that our players are happy and healthy,” said CEO Lahcene Merzoug.

“While we already offer a wide range of tools to help players stay in control of their play, there is always more that can be done and in Neccton we have a product at the cutting edge of responsible gambling.

“It will enable us to spot problem play patterns early and make the necessary interventions to make sure our players are protected at all times.”

Neccton’s mentor tracks player’s gambling behaviour and works to help both consumers and operators to identify potential issues early. The tool recognises triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency, and alerts the operator and directly contacts the player, helping the end user make better-informed decisions.

Mentor also includes modules for fraud, AML and a CRM so Neccton’s customers can solve many issues with a single supplier.

Dr Michael Auer, Director and Head of Development at Neccton, added: “We started our research in gambling 15 years ago and have published multiple academic studies in the area of player tracking and responsible gaming.

“We have shown that players who gamble responsibly are more loyal, and their customer lifetime is significantly longer.

“It is our aim to protect players to the best possible extent everywhere in the world, and working with fast-rising companies like PressEnter is helping us achieve our goals.

“We’re excited to be working with a vibrant young company like this, and look forward to many years of collaboration.”
