Lottery.com has unveiled four new names to its board of directors, including the Managing Director of Siebert Williams & Shank co William Thompson Jr, as the firm seeks to bolster its corporate structure.
Thompson Jr has joined the newly-NASDAQ listed company as the chair of the Audit Committee, replacing Steven M. Cohen, who will continue to serve as an Audit Committee member.
Boasting strong experience in leadership positions, Thompson Jr is a Partner, Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Managing Director at Siebert Williams Shank & Co as well as served as Executive Committee Member and Owner of American Triple I Partners, LLC.
Previously, he was twice elected as Comptroller of the City of New York, controlling over $100bn in assets and overseeing the local economy throughout the economic downturn in the late 2000s and early 2010s. He also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York.
Joining Thompson on the board is Ryan Dickinson as Chief Financial Officer and President, Katie Lever as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer, and Matt Clemenson as Chief Revenue Officer, who have all received promotions from within the company.

Lottery.com is bolstering its senior management team for a second time in recent months, following the appointment of four Vice Presidents back in January.
