GLI’s Director of Lottery Solutions Angela Wong inducted into PGRI Hall of Fame

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced that its Director of Lottery Solutions, Angela Wong, will be inducted into the PGRI Lottery Industry Hall of Fame.

Voted for by 94 members of the Hall and three industry leaders, Wong will be inducted into the Class of 2021 for her ‘long history of promoting excellence and integrity in the lottery industry.’

In her role as GLI’s Director of Lottery Solutions, Wong works with lottery suppliers and technology vendors, providing them with ‘insights into the future and guidance on their journey through GLI’s integrated compliance.’

Kevin Mullally, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel at GLI, commented: “We were very excited to add Angela Wong to the GLI team earlier this year because of her rare set of skills and experience. 

“The entire GLI family is grateful that lottery insiders and peers are recognizing her outstanding contributions to the industry. Wong joined GLI following an illustrious career in the lottery industry, including serving as the Director of the Montana Lottery, earning a reputation for her ‘leadership and innovation.’

Additionally, she previously held the position of President of the North American States and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), where she also held multiple leadership positions over ten years.

She will join fellow inducted John Schulz, SVP of Instant Products and Partner Services at Scientific Games and Wendy Montgomery, SVP of Global Brand Marketing and Communication at IGT in the Class of 2021.

Wong added on her induction: “I am humbled and honoured to be selected as an inductee into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame, and to work with so many talented and exceptional people dedicated to the success of the lottery industry.”
