The micro-lottery operator, Honeypotlotto, has opened an investor round in an attempt to draw up interest in its latest growth strategy as it aims to secure a license to operate in the Australian Northern Territory market.

Operating in the European market since 2017, Honeypotlotto offers a new micro lottery format that provides customers with ‘more frequent smaller wins and better odds’ than more traditional lottery operators.

Having secured its position in the European market over the last four years, the firm is seeking to expand into the Australian Northern Territory.

Seeking investors to speed to geographical growth, the company underlined its philosophy that ‘a small win goes a long way.’

Rodney Andriolo of Honeypotlotto commented: “(Our vision) is about understanding what your odds are, and we are all about small wins, not big jackpots. Our games are easy to understand and play, exactly what the lottery consumer is looking for in the digital age.”

The online-based lottery firm has been expanding its software offering into the B2B market and recently launched a RaaS beta. Andriolo added that the firm is “well-positioned to launch its new offerings via an NT license.”
