International Gaming Technology (IGT) has announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions, has agreed to a deal to supply the German lottery WestLotto with instant ticket printing services.

Under the provisions of the contract, the firm will provide the lottery with marketing services, leveraging the IGT Instant Advantage system with its advanced analytics software.

This is added on top of the main source of the agreement in which IGT provides the lottery with a range of instant ticket production and services.

“WestLotto has worked with IGT on instant ticket production to grow our instants business responsibly,” said Andreas Kötter, WestLotto CEO.

“IGT provides top-level service and support for the development of each instant ticket game in the portfolio, and we are looking forward to continuing our successful partnership.”

This announcement comes shortly after IGT’s Canadian subsidiary, IGT Canada Solutions, agreed a 12-month extension to its long-term production contract with the Atlantic Lottery to supply VLTs.

Jay Gendron, IGT Chief Operating Officer of Lottery, added: “As WestLotto’s instant ticket supplier of choice, IGT is committed to supporting a strategic, innovation-rich game portfolio that meets the needs of the lottery’s players,”

“With IGT’s Instant Advantage program we draw upon global and market-specific deep-dive analytics, benchmarks and databases to support continuous growth for WestLotto instant ticket sales and contributions to good causes.”
