The IT service provider, adesso, has announced the launch of a new cloud-based igaming platform named LotteryForce.
Replacing the old in|FOCUS system, LotteryForce allows lottery companies to manage a wide range of games and monitor the playing habits of their customers.
The Player Account Management (PAM) module records all customers’s gaming activities and provides a 360-degree view of all users. Smart identity management ensures that anonymous players become identifiable participants.
The platform uses a smart identity management system which adesso claims makes sure even anonymous users are identifiable with their habits rather than name. This would help lottery companies use targeted marketing effectively whilst still complying with data protection laws such as GDPR.

Three German lottery companies – Sachsenlotto, WestLotto and the Thüringer Staatslotterie – have all recently completed the launch of LotteryForce successfully.
