European Lotteries has announced that its first lottery related e-learning module has been launched on its EL Learning Platform.
During a workshop created for HR and L&D professionals, EL explained the set up of its learning platform and its modules, as well as some general developments in the world of e-learning.
The first lottery related module launched on the platform examines Corporate Responsibility in general and how individuals can contribute to a better world. It also explains how this can be applied within a lottery organisation, with development still ongoing.
European Lotteries is currently working on a second CSR module which will go deeper into how lotteries can implement CSR into their own organisation.
The platform is freely accessible to all employees at EL member lotteries, giving them all the opportunity to follow both general modules and lottery related modules. A handout has been created which offers additional information about the platform, and the step that needs to be followed to register.
