Internet lottery business Jumbo Interactive Limited has confirmed the appointment of Susan Forrester AM as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Her appointment follows the resignation and retirement of long-standing chair David Barwick.
Forrester has served as chair and non-executive director on multiple ASX-listed companies over the past 10 years, with broad experience in setting strategic direction as well as specific responsibility for corporate governance and compliance.
With experience drawn from a career in corporate law across multiple industries, her strengths lie in strategy and governance within industries that are undergoing rapid change.

Forrester holds a number of additional board roles including as a Director of G8 Education Ltd; Director of IT and telecommunications firm Over the Wire Ltd; and Director of Viva Leisure Group.
She is a qualified lawyer, has an EMBA from the Melbourne Business School, and is a Fellow and Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Moreover, she is a Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order of Australia for significant service to business through governance and strategic roles and as an advocate for women.
