Specialist slots provider Lightning Box has announced that it has officially acquired a license thus earning it the right to supply its games to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
As a result of the announcement, the Australia-based provider has now been issued with a license by the state’s Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch and has been given permission to provide its entire portfolio of titles to the lottery’s players.
Peter Causley, CEO and co-founder of Lightning Box, stated: “We’re very happy to have been granted permission to supply BCLC as it marks another important step as we continue to grow the business and its reach.
“I’m sure our games, starting with Silver Lion, will be as popular with their audience as they have been among other players on the continent and around the world.”
The Sydney studio’s hit slot Silver Lion has become the first of its titles to go live this month, with provider BCLC’s agreement granting it the ability to further expand its footprint across North America and build on its initial rollout in the region that saw it go live last year with Canadian operator Loto Quebec.
