Lottery.com has outlined a series of strategic initiatives to shape its corporate future, including some key goals around its Sports.com property.
The US-based lottery courier app focused on its acquisition and partnership strategy in particular after concluding its First Quarter Executive Planning this month.
Company leadership states that it is prioritising acquisition targets and partnerships which would ‘add value’ to its existing brand portfolio and diversify its revenue streams.
Regarding its lottery proposition, the firm states that it is seeking to find companies which can enhance the domestic and international technology behind Lottery.com.
The focus on international activity is interesting, given that the company has made its ambitions of expanding into Asian and European lottery markets very clear in recent months.
Matthew McGahan, Lottery.com Chairman and CEO, said: “This week’s summit was transformative. Bringing our leadership team together with heads of our several key partners has set the stage for an exciting period of growth.”

In addition to lottery content, Lottery.com has also expanded into sports over the past few years with the acquisition of S&MI Ltd., the owner of sports fan engagement platform Sports.com, in September 2024.
The company stated that it will look at how acquisitions or partnerships can benefit media and streaming capabilities. It is particularly keen to find a ‘cutting-edge media technology’ firm to enable its live event streaming products.
“These technologies have applications beyond sports which have the potential to open up revenue streams in the broader entertainment industry,” the company’s report read.
More broadly, Lottery.com is looking to enter the esports, gaming, entertainment and sports content sectors. The firm has earmarked esports as a particular area of interest, citing the estimated value of the sector at $2bn in 2024.
“With cutting-edge technology integrations, strategic acquisitions and a robust financial roadmap, we are entering a new era for both Lottery.com and Sports.com,” McGahan concluded.
