Pollard Banknote has been tasked with providing digital support to the North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) after signing a new multi-year contract with the organisation.
Building on a partnership spanning 10 years, Pollard Banknote’s primary objectives are to provide analysis and insight of online traffic patterns across the lottery’s various channels.
Pollard Banknote will support the lottery by providing ‘innovative and effective multichannel digital strategies’ and support to optimise the user experience.

As part of its new responsibilities, Pollard Banknote will offer results-based rationales for changes to the lottery’s digital strategies.
The initial term of the contract runs until October 31, 2025, and can be renewed in one-year increments for up to three additional years.
