Bulletproof partners with MLT to enhance lottery and gaming solutions

GLI company Bulletproof has signed a partnership with IT firm Missing Link Technologies (MLT) to help organisations in the lottery and gaming industry prepare analytics and AI solutions.

As a result of the deal Bulletproof will utilise MLT’s artificial intelligence and data science expertise to create new solutions for clients who are looking to optimize their AI and analytics output.

Gregory Doucette, the senior vice president of Bulletproof’s Professional Services Division, commented: “We have been waiting for the right time to launch this service to the market, filling business gaps with the right analytics and AI solutions.

“Acquiring a seasoned data professional with lottery experience, like Paul Vermette, and in partnering with MLT, I feel we have the right combination of skill sets and leading-edge technology to provide valuable analyses of our clients’ data driving value-added decisions.”

Bulletproof’s Analytics and AI practice already helps lotteries overcome business challenges by providing solutions to clients regarding player engagement and behaviours, optimising product mix, lottery operations analysis, retailer and key-account analysis, plus risk & fraud analysis.

During its two decade-long telecommunications experience, MLT now employs over 40 IT professionals who specialize in data and analytics, software development, and telecommunication solutions. Throughout the duration of the partnership both Bulletproof and MLT will look to enhance the lottery and betting industry.

As Doucette alluded to, Bulletproof has also strengthened its solutions by appointing Paul Vermette, a data strategist and architect with more than 15 years’ experience in the lottery industry, to specify focus on delivering competitive analytics and AI offerings.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Bulletproof as the relationship will be mutually beneficial and most importantly for its customers. We at MLT strongly believe in collaboration, both internally and externally; as together we can accomplish more,” added Thomas George, MLT’s CEO.
