This week’s SBC Summit North America is set to see executives from the biggest brands in sports betting and igaming gather in New Jersey to share their experiences of the growing markets in the U.S. and Canada, exchange ideas, and take a first look at the next generation of industry technology.
The conference and tradeshow at the Meadowlands Exposition Center on November 30 – December 2 is the successor event to Betting on Sports America. It will feature all the elements that made that show so successful, but now also has content about the huge opportunities offered by igaming.
SBC Summit North America’s centerpiece is a high-level conference, which consists of eight tracks that will cover industry leadership issues, regulatory developments, the future of sports betting, innovation and technology, the potential of igaming, payments and compliance, marketing strategies, and investment.
To ensure the conference delivers valuable insights for all delegates, a roster of 200 influential senior executives and specialists has been assembled, including keynote speakers Soo Kim (Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bally’s Corporation), Jan Jones Blackhurst (Board Member, Caesars Entertainment), and Bill Miller (President & CEO, AGA).
The audience can also look forward to hearing the inside track from major mobile operators about the rapidly changing market conditions in U.S. states and Canada, the path to growth and profitability, and the possibilities created by new technology.
BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, Penn Interactive, Caesars Digital, PointsBet, 888, Kindred Group, Resorts Digital Gaming, MaximBet, and PlayUp, are all represented on the speaker lineup, alongside tribal and commercial casinos including Foxwoods, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands Corp, Circa Sports, and Fifth Street Gaming.
Running in tandem with the conference is a tradeshow that features many of the world’s leading suppliers for the mobile and omnichannel betting and gaming industries. This will give delegates the opportunity to view the latest technology, content, and service offerings that could give their brands a competitive advantage.
The third key element of the Summit experience is the evening networking program. It includes drinks at Jay Z’s 40/40 Club in Manhattan on the evening of November 30, the Sports Betting Hall of Fame ceremony at the MetLife Stadium on December 1 and, the following evening, the SBC Awards North America ceremony alongside the closing networking party at The Edison Ballroom in New York City.
Rasmus Sojmark, Founder and CEO of SBC, said: “The opportunities for operators, suppliers and affiliates as new markets open across the U.S. and Canada and existing ones mature are huge, and also the subject of intense interest from the international gambling industry.
“So we’re delighted to return to New Jersey with an event that will offer expert insights that are not available anywhere else on those opportunities, as well as a much-needed chance for people from across the industry to connect face-to-face and do business.”
