AGTech continues Chinese expansion following latest tender victories

Beijing AGTech GOT Technology, subsidiary of lottery solutions provider AGTech, has revealed it has won tenders to supply sports lottery terminals in the Chinese provinces of Hebei, Fujian, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Tianjin.

As a result of the successful deals, the supplier will now provide traditional sales terminals for sports lottery in Tianjin and will provide Android terminals in Hebei, Fujian and Zhejiang. The province of Sichuan will receive both types of terminal.

A statement released by AGTech read: “So far, AGTech GOT has already won many tenders in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous region across China this year, which reaffirmed the hardware division’s continued dedication to and leading position in China’s sports lottery terminal market, demonstrating the continued effort and competitiveness of AGTech’s lottery terminals.

“AGTech will continue to enhance product innovation, ensure safety and research and development compliance and contribute to the overall healthy development of China’s lottery market.”

The news of the tenders follows on from the recent report which saw AGTech post revenues of HKD$43.9m (£4.3m/€4.8m/USD$5.7m) for the first six months of 2020. 

Moreover, the deal is the latest tenders to be won by the organisation, building on its successes earlier in the year which sees it now supply lottery terminals in the provinces of Anhui, Shanxi, Jilin, Hubei and Guizhou.
